Where we set up in Holmes Beach
We set up at the public beach accesses along the numbered streets in Holmes Beach, from 28th St up through 77th St, plus the Gulf Dr access near the Waterline. At checkout, choose the access closest to where you're staying and your chairs and shade will be ready when you walk out.
How it works
- Book online. Choose your dates, pick a package and add extras. You'll get a confirmation email right away.
- We set up at sunrise. Everything is in place by 10 AM. If you'd like it earlier, just ask in the message box at checkout.
- Spend the day on the beach. Your rental runs from 10 AM to 5 PM.
- We take it all down. No packing up sandy gear at the end of a long beach day.

Good to know
- Cancellations: full refund when you cancel at least 7 days before your reservation starts.
- Weather: if we can't set up because of weather, we'll try to move you to another day, or refund the missed day.
- Changing your spot: you can change or add locations with at least one day's notice.
- High season (March–July): dates often book up 2–4 weeks ahead, so reserve as soon as your trip is set.
